It’s time to start to love yourself…

Selflove is so important. More than ever. We women have to learn how to love ourselves, so I would like to share a few tips to help you out:  

1.    Stop letting others dictate your worth:  
Don’t worry about what society thinks or expects of you. You can’t please everyone. There’s no point comparing yourself to anyone else, because there’s no one like you. So just be yourself. Accept yourself and your body. Embrace your true self. You are unique. Focus on yourself. On your own beauty, your own talents, your own power. You are so worthy!

How: Listen to your inner dreams. What do you really want? Write them down. If you’re creative, make a vision board with pictures and motivational talks on it. Check it out every day to remember and focus on your dreams.   

 

2.   Be kind to yourself:  
Inner healing and learning how to love yourself takes time. It can be painful, confusing or exhausting. But it’s so worth it! Allow yourself to make mistakes. To learn. To start again. To try again. To change your mind. To change your life. To cut some toxic relationships. Be kind to your mind and to your body.

How: Practice positive self-talk and positive thinking, multiples time a day! Compliment yourself, encourage yourself, push yourself as you would talk to your best friend.

 

3.   Take care of yourself:
Selflove is also loving and caring for your health, your body and your mind. Listen to your body and its needs. Nourish your intellect by acquiring knowledge, because knowledge is power. Treat your mind with positive vibes. Elevate your game girl!  

How: Listen to uplifting music. Watch funny movies. Read motivational books. Sign up for courses. Seek help of a therapist to heal your inner wounds.
